Through Support Telecom’s secure web portal you will be able to log in and view your telephone bill at any time, so that you always know exactly how much you are saving. This is updated on a daily basis and allows you to generate a range of simple reports, by date range, such as:

• Call destination analysis
• Line usage
• Longest duration calls
• Most frequently dialled numbers
• Most expensive calls
• Individual extension details (where networks permit)

We also provide detailed itemised monthly bills in PDF format, which also include the following call reports for the entire month:

• 30 longest duration calls
• 30 most frequently dialled numbers
• 30 most expensive calls

Telephone system audit
As an additional benefit to our customers, we can also offer you a complete telephone system audit, free of charge. This includes gaining an understanding of your specific needs, reviewing your existing line/system to see if they meet your needs and then offering advice on new technologies or enhancements which may be of benefit to you. We can offer free advice on a range of non-geographic numbers, such as 0800, 0808, 0845, 0844, 0840, 0871 and 09XX. These numbers have a range of benefits including the ability to: Track response from individual marketing activities Route incoming calls to specific staff members or teams based on number dialed Hide your geographic location should you need to Make it cheaper or free for customers and prospects to contact you There is also an added benefit with some of these numbers, in that they can actually generate revenue as well, which can be advantageous. Seamless transfer When you decide to make the transfer to Support Telecom, it’s good to know that the process will be simple and fast, and that there will be no number porting delays. It’s just a seamless transfer from your current carrier, be that BT or any alternative that you have been using. This can be done via CPS (carrier pre-select) or IDA (indirect access). Number retention

Thanks to number porting, there is of course no need to change your existing telephone number when changing your telephony provider. However, should you move elsewhere within the UK, with Support Telecom there would still be no need to change your phone number. Through our network agreements we can deliver your existing telephone number to any uk/worldwide address, without the expensive transfer fees normally associated with such services.
